This site is a set of documents. It sets no cookie of its own, asks for nothing and has nothing to submit. Two services loaded from Google still see you arrive, and this notice says which, what each receives, and how to stop them.

What this site collects
Nothing of its own. Every page here is built before the site is deployed and served as a plain file. There is no account, no login and no form: the contact page opens your own mail client, so a message exists only because you chose to send one. This site sets no cookie of its own, runs no analytics of its own, and learns nothing about a reader who merely opens a page.
Two services loaded from Google are the exception, and they are the whole of what follows. Neither is here to identify you. Both nonetheless see you arrive.
The two things loaded from Google
Google Analytics 4
The site loads Google’s analytics script and records a page view each time you open a
page. It uses the measurement identifier G-3X8PYMXCXG, which is the same
property as prepgraph.com, and it tags every page view from this site with the content
group ai so that traffic here can be read apart from the product, the
academy and the Council. It sets cookies in your browser so that a returning browser is
recognised as the same one, and what it records — the page you opened, the page that
referred you, an approximate location derived from your network address, and your
browser and device — goes to Google, which handles it on its own terms and not on ours.
Google Fonts
This site is set in IBM Plex Sans and IBM Plex Mono, and both are requested from Google’s font servers as a page loads. Google therefore receives your network address and the address of the page asking for the fonts, before you have done anything on the site at all. There is no version of this site that quietly avoids that: it is what loading a typeface from someone else’s server means.

The part worth stating plainly
The analytics property belongs to PrepGraph and is shared with the company’s commercial site. What can be seen from it is aggregate traffic — which pages were opened, and roughly from where — never who you are, and it is joined to no commercial record. That boundary is held by how the property is configured and by our word, and by nothing stronger. A reader who would rather not be counted at all should block the script, and is right to prefer an arrangement that does not depend on our word.
If you write to us
research@prepgraph.com is a mailbox read by the people doing this work. Your address and what you wrote are kept in order to answer you and to keep the thread intelligible if you write again. That is the whole of the purpose.
The address is not added to a newsletter, a marketing list or a sales list, and writing to this site does not make anyone a prospect. Ask, and your address and the correspondence are removed.
Children, and student data
This site collects no personal data relating to a child. There is no student account here, no classroom, nothing to log into and no record of any learner. It is a set of documents about research, and a child could read every page on it without anything of theirs being taken.
Research involving children is a separate matter, governed by a separate instrument rather than by this notice. Anything involving students would be registered and cleared under the Council’s research instrument before it began, and a school could withdraw. That instrument is a founding draft, published on 29 August 2026 and open for comment; the Council has no members, no ethics review panel has been appointed, and no study has begun under it. It is a commitment recorded in advance so that it can be held against us, and it is not a protection a school can rely on today.
Separately: the terms on which the commercial platform holds a school’s data are set by the contract that school signs with PrepGraph. That is a different document from this one, and not a research authorisation.
The framework we work within
PrepGraph works within the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — the framework the schools we deal with already work within, which is the reason for choosing it. Where that Act and this notice differ, the Act governs.
That is a statement of a standard and nothing more. No authority has registered, certified, approved or audited this site or its arrangements; no compliance mark of any kind is held here, and none will be displayed. A reader who wants assurance beyond our word is right to want it, and should not take this paragraph as one.
Asking, correcting, deleting
Write to research@prepgraph.com. Anyone may write: no relationship or standing is required, and you need not say why you are asking. Ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or say that this notice has not been kept. Requests are answered within thirty days.
This notice describes the site as it stands on 29 August 2026. If anything that collects more is ever added, the notice changes before the thing is added, and the review date changes with it.
